Hamari Pahchan is a Delhi-based NGO established in 2015, dedicated to empowering underprivileged communities through education, skill development, healthcare, and environmental conservation. Since inception, it has educated over 225,000 children, empowered 80,000 women, served 250,000+ meals, and planted 20,000 trees. Key initiatives include Drishti (education), Sukhad (menstrual health), and vocational training, along with helping individuals to set up their ventures through skill development programs.
