The next step for the project was to target the aspiring business owners lacking formal networks or mentorship, and provide them with essential, research-driven tools to navigate entrepreneurial challenges. For this, the TECCA Guide was designed for readers to benefit from practical knowledge in funding, financial planning, supply chain logistics, and branding. The goal was to reframe entrepreneurship as a non-linear process built on consistency and adaptation. The guide utilizes a structured six-module strategy, creating a logical progression that begins with foundational business concepts and advances through operational management to sustainable growth and scaling.
Alongside developing learning and awareness tools, TECCA wanted to leave a sustainable impact for its target beneficiaries. Thus, it curated and published a publicly-accessible database for the urban migrant entrepreneurs, who would benefit from accessing low-collateral credit schemes, provided by both the government agencies and NGOs.
